Holland Group Appoints Robert B. Schwarz as CEO to Drive Next Growth Phase

MURFREESBORO, TN., April 14, 2008 — Holland Group, a leading provider of onsite outsourcing to industrial manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Robert B. Schwarz as chief executive officer.

A 30-year manufacturing industry veteran, Schwarz has extensive expertise in manufacturing operations, having served as Black & Decker’s Worldwide vice president of the Manufacturing Industrial Business Group and vice president of General Electric North American Production, Lighting Division. In these positions, Mr. Schwarz has successfully increased business and operational performance in manufacturing facilities around the globe.

In his new role, Schwarz will be responsible for achieving Holland Group’s strategic growth objectives. His deep manufacturing expertise and leadership experience will be instrumental in positioning Holland Group as the premier provider of onsite outsourcing services to the manufacturing industry.

Holland Group to Discuss Manufacturing Process Outsourcing at 2008 SAE World Congress

MURFREESBORO, Tenn., April 8, 2008 — Holland Group, a leading provider of onsite outsourcing to industrial manufacturers, today announced that they have been invited to present a paper at the 2008 SAE World Congress in Detroit, Mich., to be held April 14-17, 2008. The Congress attracts automotive executives and engineers from around the globe. It is designed to present innovative strategies and technologies that promote the automotive industry in an ever-changing worldwide business climate.

Robert Schwarz, Holland Group CEO, and Wendy Beam, Holland Group vice president, will describe how Manufacturing Process Outsourcing (MPO), an innovative approach to onsite outsourcing, has helped clients concentrate their time, money and key resources on their core business while ensuring that non-core activities are performed to their standards.
