Wendy Beam, Vice President
Ms. Beam has over 15 years of experience in Training, Organizational Development and Process Improvement in both the manufacturing and finance sectors. She was formerly Director of Training for Whirlpool Corporation – LaVergne Division. She holds a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and a master's degree in Human Resources Development from Vanderbilt University.
Ms. Beam’s Six Sigma Brown Belt certification has enabled her to successfully drive projects resulting in reduced errors, improved efficiency, and significant cost reductions in the manufacturing industry. In addition, her experience in Kaizen, Quick Change, 5S, and Cell Design has been implemented with Fortune 500 companies. As a Lean Manufacturing practitioner, Ms. Beam identifies and eliminates waste in production and supply chain management.
